- Shipping & Delivery
- We guarantee all orders will be processed within 24 hours of your order being placed. Orders are typically received within 3-5 days of your order being made and we charge a flat rate fee of $2.95 for every product ordered. This also includes International orders - although we are focused on Australia, we welcome orders from anywhere on earth! All products are shipped from Australia or our sister company in NZ - delivery times are not affected if the product you ordered is not availble from our Oz base.

- We value your privacy and will never share your personal data with any other organisation.
- Returns & Replacements
- You can be sure the products will reach you in excellent condition, but if you are unhappy with the quality of your purchase, just give us a call or send an e-mail and we will arrange a new item to be delivered. We offer a 30-day return policy to all of our customers. If you need to return a product that isn't what you wanted, doesn't work for you, or was ordered incorrectly, we will be happy to help you - please contact us any time. All defective products will be accepted directly for credit, exchange or repair - we haven't had a defective product yet, but you never know!
